History

At Kirkland & Caterrall, our curriculum is never finished. When learning the subject of History especially, we understand that our world and what we need and want our children to learn will adapt and change with our ever-changing, diverse world. With this in mind, we cover the National Curriculum statutory requirements utilising Keystage History to support our teaching and planning of History across the school, we also try to embrace and utilise outside agencies, local people, and a diverse range of visitors to enrich our History curriculum.
